Education and Awards





Attended the University of the East in Manila, Philippines and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Her college preparatory education was completed at the Immaculate Conception Academy (ICA) in Manila, an establishment operated by French-Canadian, Roman Catholic Nuns. While at ICA, Blanca participated in student activities such as Drama, School Photography, Music and Choir. A medalist and frequent contestant in Oratory and Singing events, her passion to pursue a career communicating and interacting with others was nurtured at an early age.






Experience



Prior to her Real Estate Career, Blanca established a travel agency with her office located in the heart of Union Square in San Francisco. Her operation focused primarily on small commercial accounts and group travel. She serviced the needs of her Company and Clientele for over 20 years. The Company was an accredited travel agency doing volume business with United Airlines and networked into their Apollo Reservation System.






Personal Background





Married 35 years and a South San Francisco resident for 28 years, she and her husband wholeheartedly raised two children who are now successful career professionals. She thoroughly enjoys spending time with and occasionally caring for her two grandchildren.
